Chateau Coutet 2003 St Emilion
(7 months ago)Tasted after 90 minutes of airing. relatively good tannin structure, but ruined by poor alcohol integration. I suspect the bottle needs at least another 30 minute or airing. Sour cherry at mid-palette, with long finish. This is a light-medium body dry wine. A right amount of oakiness. The wine is getting better as I am closing this taste note; the score just gone from 88 to 89.
