Really odd nose on this wine; reminiscent of a bike-tire skid with a faint burnt rubber smell and none of the fruit I'd expected. Very dry and crisp with a tart flavor which disappears quickly. No really noticeable fruit flavors aside from some comparisons to citrus peels or maybe some yellow grapefruit and odd floral notes. Really not my cup of tea and disappointing overall. I wouldn't recommend the grape varietal as more than a blending grape if this is what it typically tastes like. A great example of why you shouldn't purchase wine based on a cute label!

This is perhaps one of the only white wines that I would purchase. Good stuff!
