Medium bodied, mellow tannins, excellent with meat or ripe cheeses. Gave to my boss for Christmas! But mine was the 2003... I see the 2004 has gotten bad reviews...

blueberries and black currants, mince pies, a little touch of liquorice creates a heady mix that almost overwhelms the senses. It’s very inviting and hard not to resist. I am not a big fan of many Cabs, but when the Shiraz plays with it, you can almost know it’s going to be something great. On the tongue we get raspberries, blackberries and a slight oak taste - not too harsh at all. It’s a corker for sure! This was the 2003 vin. so I think i lucked out compared to 2004.
