Not for me. There’s some plum upfront, some decent tannins, and nice pepper in the finish, at first. And so far, so good… But as the finish continues to linger it turns into kind of a sour “sweaty sock” flavor that I found pretty unappealing, especially when that’s all that’s left in your mouth. Decanting it for a couple of hours didn’t seem to help much either.
Also, one small quibble with the specs up top: the wine is actually 50% Tempranillo, 20% Cab, 20% Merlot and 10% Grancache.
