Yoakim Bridge 2002 Zinfandel
(over 2 years ago)Good fruit and some pepper. Very good Zin. The winemaker comments "the grapes are fermented in small open topped bins and punched down by hand three to four times a day, concentrating flavors and color while natural tannins remain in balance. The wine is then aged in French and American oak."
