Bishop's Peak Rock Solid Red
(about 1 year ago)Fruity, somewhat lively acidity but driven by ripe fruit, raspberries, a hint of mocha, and that touch of Syrah pepper. Slight notes of cedar come and go. Definitely needs some time to open up and round out, as the pepper and subtle heat can be a bit distracting upon first opening said bottle.
