Peach, apricot, and mango come through very strong and nice. Wonderful balance of fruit and acidity.

Very aromatic nose with fresh lemon juice, red apples, and mango. On the palate there is bright fruit but a 'stale' aftertaste... stale is the best term I can come up with. I have a feeling this might be the lychee component but I do not know what lychee tastes like. If lychees are a bit bitter and 'stale', than ok, it's a lychee component. If lychees are not bitter and stale than this wine has a problem tasting a little bitter and stale. Either way, I think it is a turnoff and would have a hard time pairing with any food. I also think the acidity is a bit weak and the body is a little light. They missed the 'creamy' mark they were shooting for by blending half oak fermented juice. Not a terrible wine, certainly drinkable, but I can't see really enjoying it on its own or with food due to this stale and bitter component. Now I am off to find a lychee to add to my flavor repitoire(sp?)
