This is a weird wine. The flavors and bouquet are all over the place; nothing really cohesive. But it's interesting so that is what saves it.
Fresh dill on the nose. Then ginger-strawberry on the palette as well as ripe boysenberry. Has a rather tart finish, with tons of mineral overtones. I think a few more years might help this thing come together, but I am not running out to get another bottle anytime soon.
