I've decanted the wine, and I get big bursts of leather & licorice. This is going to be a MAN's wine. There's even a wisp of old man! Oh.My.God. It's HUGE! So rich and dark! Like drinking Isaac Hayes in a prison movie. When mixed with the popcorn, I get peanut. With additional swishing, I get pepper, leather, and mesquite. The second pour smells like cheese, but tastes like plum and has hints of caramel. This is one of the best wines I've ever had. I dug it so much, I hit China A+

This is a big huge wine with lots of dark fruit and licorice. Spicey in the mid pallet and long finish. A bit hot, but who cares. This s a 91 pointer!
