Life's Strange Twists 2005 Irony Pinot Noir
(about 1 year ago)I’m not a big Pinot Noir guy, but I have to say that I really did enjoy this (and after enjoying their chardonnay so much, I was definitely looking forward to trying this one). It’s a very savory wine, with a small amount of fruit up front, and then a pretty solid mushroomy-earthy flavor that takes over. It’s got a nice dry finish with some solid notes of black pepper and bell pepper. It’s certainly surprised me just how much I enjoyed this flavor profile… but, maybe I really do like Pinot Noir...

(8 months ago)How ironic. This Pinot was delicious, but didn't remind me of a Pinot. It had a beautiful ruby color, pleasant earthy nose and to me a very fruit forward plummy flavor followed by a long elegant aftertaste. Great value too.
