This wine has a earth nose reminiscent of mushrooms or a musty smell..however black current also emerged. A bit tannic on the front and mid palate but not a bad wine for the price. It didn't wow me is fine for a inexpensive red when one is on a budget but not bad..not bad. I wouldn't necessarily seek it out. It has a surprizenly medium body..almost light. A bit deceptive for its dark color but it does posses a "syrupy" appearance.

very drinkable dry red in spanish tradition. A great value for everyday drinking. Holds up well in open bottle for a few days. Much better than boxed wines.

Nice simple entry level red wine. Not much nose. Lots ripe red berries, vanilla, and smoothness. Quick finish.

They served this wine at Mickey's Backyard Barbecue at Walt Disney World, I thought it was very good. I was shocked when I found it at the grocery store for $5! This is a great bargain wine, nicely dry & oaky.

Just tried a sip. It's going in the sauce. Fresh. Lots of cherry, but a little greeness that I don't care for. It's not complex but it is drinkable.
