Barefoot 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
(about 1 year ago)More like a 2.5. This is a good sipping wine and good for parties, but no really remarkable features.
Barefoot 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
(about 1 year ago)Ok, had it for the first time this summer and it was really refreshing. Really cheap, so I will give it a good rating.
Barefoot 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
(about 1 year ago)Okay for the price. Would be better with a meal. Strong citrus taste.
Barefoot 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
(about 1 year ago)Really dry and crisp. Had it with sushi and it really complemented it. For the price, it is a Sav Blanc hard to beat. Be sure to put it in the freezer and serve very cold.

(about 1 year ago)Serve well-chilled. Great with grilled chicken or fish on a summer night.
Barefoot 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
(about 1 year ago)For the price, it's a perfectly good bottle of Sauv. Blanc for just trying to beat the heat on a summer afternoon without busting your wallet.
Barefoot 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
(about 1 year ago)Crisp, but a little sweet. Better with food
Barefoot 2003 Sauvignon Blanc
(2 months ago)Not a bad wine for the price, $4 at Trader Joe's. Floral aromas, an almost medicinal smell in there faintly. Crisp and refreshing, the taste is heavily citrus, lime in particular. Good sipper, but a rather light acidity gives some trouble pairing with food. It didn't seem to go too well with hummus on a wheat cracker and Kalamata olives overpowered it. Very nice, though, with asiago cheese. Summer sipper? Indeed. Cheap and good to taste, very clean and refreshing. Goes great by itself on the back porch after a hot day. Serve well chilled.
