I realized that the region for this wine should be Campania, not Piedmont; and the Grape variety is Falanghina obviously. Also, can we change the listing of this wine from 2005 Taburno to 2005 Cantina del Taburno? How can we edit this info? Thanks!

Nose: Apricot and melon, honeysuckle, lemon
Taste: The apricot and melon flavors persist on the palate, giving way to a lemon-infused honey taste that blew me away. The finish is smooth with hints of white pepper and I found it lingering on my palate a surprising length. The flavor profile of this wine blew me away and this is probably my favorite white Italian variety and one of my favorite white varieties period. Great value for money.

Bouquet: Melon, Clean, Lemon grass, Basil Notes, An iced over rock.

Flavor Profile: Clean, Botanical straight and narrow, Very Floral with hints of Lemon and Melon. A lovely Italian white that would stand up to any white meat or roasted vegetable. For the value unbeatable. Stop Drinking Pinot Grigio!!!!!!! Drink This!!!!!

Medium acid with a nice finish. Stands up well with white meats and fish.
