Tasting done today (February 20th, 2007) Alcohol: 12.5% Color: It was a very clear and pale yellow straw color with the tiniest hints of frizzante. Nose: It was a bit tight at the nose but you could sense some green vegetable smells. I got mostly grass and green pepper. Taste: It was semi-dry with good body. It covered my mouth very well. A bit acidic and astringent with some pepper, olives, pickles and some lettuce. It wasn't at all what I expected but being a newbie, I don't really know what to expect most of the time
