From the label: Bodegas Montecillo, founded in 1874, selects only the finest viura grapes to create Montecillo Blanco, produced through cold fermentation. It is a dry, smooth, and fruity wine with notes of pear and wild apple. Suited for drinking as an apértif or with grilled or sautéed fish, seafood, pasta and paella. Serve chilled.

Montecillo 2005 Blanco
(about 1 year ago)The Montecillo white is not nearly as good as their (oak flavored, yet fruity) red. That said, this is a worthwhile table wine that many who drink will likely appreciate for its apple-flavored undertones.
