This was a nice wine. The noise is really pleasant; it's floral and sweet--like honeysuckle. On the palette, there's a hint of plum, then a strong salty-feety-sharp-cheddar-cheese flavor going on. It sounds a bit strange, but it really worked well. It's got a nice finish, with a bit of an earthy flavor that was just a little dry, making it very drinkable. I enjoyed it with a rustic pasta with eggplant, chicken and leeks.
