Sebastiani Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
(2 months ago)Mature full-bodied wine of deep red color. Obvious cherry and blackcurrant at the palate plus some vanilla. As a typical wine from the New World had a sweetish palate with tones of confectionary sugar and cinnamon, ending with oaky tannins. Can be decanted if you like sweet notes in the flavor as well. Recommended for meat dishes or poultry.
