This wine goes great with steak. I've had the 2002 and the 2003, both at Alexander's Steak House in Cupertino - the 2003 is a little bolder than the 2002, but both are quite tasty.

Spice and black fruit with just hints of date and pecan, this is one of the most complex (and consistent) yet easily drinkable of cabernets. I always look forward to what Heidi Peterson Barrett gins up. This vintage doesn't disappoint.
