~beautiful deep color. ~thick, lingering legs. ~fruity, spicy nose. ~full spicy flavor with hints of vanilla and berry; oaky ~too powerful to pair with light dishes, but delicious on its own.

This wine was much better after it aerated for a few hours. It has a great cherry, tobacco nose. Too bad it is over-oaked on the nose and the palate. A little heat, but overall decent balance. Suprisingly long finish for such an inexpensive wine.
