Not quite what I had hoped for, but not the worst use of the chardonnay grape either.

Nose brings some fresh, moist brewer’s yeast and geez, even some moss. Palate is ok, slight lemon over fresh green apple. The finish is decent, a long lingering lemon action muddled with slight sour vinegar.
