Dry and very oaky. Smooth finish. Slightly too tannic and bitter. Needs proper airing or even decantering.

Rustic and a pleasure to drink, and at 12.5% alcohol, I kind of breathe a sigh of relief that this kind of wine is still around. Drink it sooner rather than later.
