New Mexico, huh? Well what do you know… This was pretty damned good! Lots of nice flavors of apple, a bit of apricot, and some refreshing lemon. It's got a nice crisp dry finish, with just a hint of vanilla. Remarkably good, especially for the price! I'd totally buy this again. Way to represent, Albuquerque!

This was surprisingly good. Who knew they made champagne-like stuff in New Mexico? Very apple-y with light pear and vanilla notes and really exuberant bubbles. Very enjoyable.

Light straw color and light body. Weak fruit, nice acid, but short and dry. Pleasant, but not nearly as interesting as the Blanc de Noirs.

Decent wine...nice fruit, great bubbles, but I really miss the mineral tastes. Update - Received another bottle of this as a gift, and it was better than I remember - I don't know if it was a different batch or a better food pairing or what, but bumped from 85 to 87.
