This was an interesting pick. The nose is real fruity—all cherries and berries, and a little one dimensional. On the palate, there's a really BIG intense flavor of ripe, ripe raspberries, but once that passes you’re left with a surprising little bit of complexity. The finish is a bit dry with nice subtle notes of toasted oak, which really helps balance out the crazy strong fruit up front. Very nice. Paired surprisingly well with take out Chinese.

Delicious berry cobbler flavors; lots of oak but it's pleasant, soft vanillan oakiness. New World deliciousness. (Tasted in restaurant)
