Wonderful classic mineral and citrus crisp Sauv Blanc characteristics. Yum with the Thai curry halibut dish I matched it to. Equally great on a hot summer evening for cocktail hour.

Wonderful summer wine! Great acidity, with grassy citrus notes and nice minerality.

Tasted with blue castello cheese. Strong gooseberries on the nose. Citrus, and Starfruit. Crisp and acidic, a little tart even. Nice mouthfeel with long finish. Nice sweaty mineral component. very enjoyable summer white.

Grass, grapefruit, and peach blossoms on the nose. Lime grapefruit, grass, and some really nice minerality on the pallet with some good mouthfeel, and a good medium/long finish. I love NZ Sauv Blanc!
