Tasting Notes from Cork’d Members
Picket Fence Pinot Noir 2005
(about 1 year ago)Very silky and elegant with a delightful burgundian smoke, though it is very light. Slight alochol on the nose. Heavy black casis and cooked dark cherries make it "luxurious". Kind of smells like brown sugar.
Picket Fence Pinot Noir 2005
(about 1 year ago)Delicious smoky cheery cola notes abound! What a layered, sexy, and complex wine all the way through to a lengthy finish. Much better than wines twice the price. Don Van Staaveren has done it again!
Picket Fence Pinot Noir 2005
(about 1 year ago)The first word that came to mind: Yum! Awesome wine! So smooth, a bit of everything I like: smooth, but not too bold, an even finish.
Picket Fence Pinot Noir 2005
(about 1 year ago)Soft, medium-bodied. Fruity, but not sweet. Smooth finish.
