This is where it's hard to be new at it. According to the SAQ, "Une finale très sauvigonnée..." (a finish that is very sauvigonnée). I found it rather pallid with a persistent sour aftertaste that I didn't like at all. But as my first sauvignon, this could mean I'm simply not cut out to appreciate it. I will have to try some other sauvignons to see if this is the case.
