Gorgeous example of a Puligny-Montrachet. While there's a lot of fruit here, it's tempered by a superb minerality and lively acidity. I loved how this wine drank, especially after spending a couple of hours in the fridge. Very lively, with melon, florals, a touch of fig and even a little gooseberry. The firm acidity kept that all in check though, with the minerality making the finish excellent. I'm going to buy a few more bottles of this one.
