This is by far the BEST Pinot Noir I have ever had. Spicy, chunky, full of personality. The deepest colour I have ever seen for a Pinot Noir. This wine is a benchmark wine for Pinot Noirs. A must taste and enjoy!!!!

Incredible nose - clearly a Caymus product!

This pinot is absolutely beautiful with a combination of elegant spices and pure fruit, this is a real winner. Wonderful balance and soft well integrated tannins make this a perfect drinker for the next 3-5 years of its life.

False dark color for a Pinot Noir. California is out of control in making every wine look dark for Robert Parker's taste(no offense to the man). Aroma is complex:lit match, dill, jam, rubber (smells like Menards)and alcohol. Not horrible, but dissapointing considering all the rave reviews. First of all, way too much heat, there is a horrible alcohol finish, some creamy sweetness on the mid palate, nice mouthfeel despite the crazy off-balancenessess. Overall, this wine is TOTALLY not worth the money.
