Good high quality Southern Rhone. Slightly disjointed now, but came together after about an hour and a half in a decanted. First hour; loads of rich blackberry, which slowly gave way to notes of cherry and almost casis like flavor. I'm admittedly poorly tasted on older vintages of this wine, but I think it will pull itself together in a year or so time. High Recommendation at this price point. I didn't give it that golden 90 though. Get over it and try it anyway!
