2005 Prisoner
(about 1 year ago)A very nice red that has everything going for it but lacks a little more complexity, thus the rating. Nice fruits, and aromas, the price is o.k., but i can think of better wines i can drink for 35 bucks.
2005 Prisoner
(about 1 year ago)Not nearly as good as in years past. Somewhat muddled fruit/oak flavors with a slightly tarry mid palate, some dry tannins but they hit quickly. Could be better, not worth the 30$ or so that you have to pay these days.
2005 Prisoner
(about 1 year ago)Black fruit preserves on the palate, subtle spice on the finish.. The tannins give nice structure, but this is definitely a wine to drink now.
