Fruits and minerals, high acidity compared to other Rieslings (from other regions, this was my first Alsace). Ripe orange and yellow fruits and a rocky, mineral component. The acidity distinguishes for me. It has a sharp bite. Smooth and pleasant at room temperature, probably more crisp and fresh when slightly chilled.
