Tried this wine in HADM 430 at Cornell. This wine smells of black currant and raspberries, very ripe. The flavor has oak with slight vanilla and black pepper, a bit fruity, very acidic and tangy, good tannin for a mild kick. Good energy in this one and very delicious.
