This is a very simple Pinot Grigio. It’s nothing spectacular, but that said, it’s also extremely drinkable—especially with summer fast approaching. On the palate there are nice flavors of apple and just a hint of butter, and a nice bit of lemon in the finish rounds it out. Simple and nicely done, even if I doesn’t quite knock it out of the park.
