Hints of chocolate & spice to compliment a lush and fruity Shiraz.

Big, rich, with strong, jammy fruit and cocoa at first. The finish has a tiny bit of spice and a bit of heat from the high alcohol content (13.5%). This is my current favorite Shiraz. Due to alcohol volume, I'd only pair it with bold, spicy foods like bar-b-que.

Excellent, jammy shiraz. Smooth finish. Depth...with some legs to it. Smooth tannins.

Wow. Another well picked out gift from my brother. And to think that I'M the one that lives by Wine Country. This was another very bold, "in your face" Shiraz. It had a nose that I could sit and smell all day long. Very fruity... descriptions of "jammy" do it justice. Paired very well with the pulled BBQ beef sandwich I was eating. Held up great to the bold spices in the sauce. Could easily have stood on its own though.

Juicy and fruity. Not much spice or liveliness (for a Shiraz). Some complexity. Decent nose and finish.
