Big House Red
(about 1 year ago) buddy icon rhoneboneranger 89.0/100
I love the wines of Boony Doon. All of them. Randall Graham is a madman and a genius. He is one of the original Rone Rangers in CA. I will drink anything that he makes. He has made a number of serious and profound wines which are not in the mainstream of California wino-lingo (Cab-Chard) and bless him for that alone. This particular series (BigHouse Red or White) is a great blend of grapes, and I have enjoyed both red and white with a number of dishes-from teriyaki salmon to sushi (white) to pasta in red sauce or BBQ (red). At the price, pretty much impossible to beat.
