It was served slightly cold so maybe we lost its entire bouquet but I could imagine that it didn't have much more to say. This carignane, from the St. Antioco island, was somehow disappointing. Burst of berries and tongue-kicking acidity, not smooth at all.

Full body, good structure and thick texture, but the nose was not too big. I had it after a Barolo, so that might have killed it.
