Eye: Intense cherry color with shades of dark red brick, clean and very bright. Nose: Aroma with notes of caramelized plums, fine woods, black pepper and a slight hint of chocolate. Mouth: Meaty, mature, great evolution in the barrel, hints of leather and tanned wood, and sweet tannins. I would pair it with strong cheeses and beef.
