This wine explodes. Do not expect anything subtle, dry or lingering on the palate. And that's what I like. It's a real bargain at $5.99. Try it with a variety of cheese and apples. As with the previous review, *MY WIFE LIKED IT TOO!* Gents . . . isn't that 75% of the wine battle :-)

Quite incredible for the price. My wife, who is not a cabernet fan, called it delicious. It's smooth, medium bodied, with a moderate finish and ready to drink now. It compares with $20-$40 cabernets I've had. Bought at Trader Joe's 9/8/07. (This wine is from the company that makes two-buck Chuck. The owner, Mr. Franzia, says he's out to shake up the industry, and this wine should help. I'd love to see how it fares in a blind tasting.)

Six bucks. Nuf said. Simple, fruity, good juice. Tastes good with or without food. Easily one of the best QPR's out there. Would like to see how some of the other big-name wines with AV grapes stacked up in a blind tasting.
