Gustave Lorentz does not make a single bad bottle in my eyes. This recent tasting I attended for Alsace, his wines were the most talked about. It's everything a young Pinot Blanc should be, fresh, perfumed and shows lovely evolution in the glass. Definately a 3 hour sip.
