Sweet, and fruity. In my opinion an excellent sparkling wine, though I'm not a true fan of them. The color is right, if a little yellower than I'd like. Not alot to talk about on the nose, but the taste is exceptional. Though described as dry, it is certainly not when compared to other dry sparkling wines.
