Aroma: Typically Spanish, vanilla, grape jelly, oak. Taste: Quite oaky, but I like it. Seductive. Beautiful balance and nice acidity to balance the flavors. Bright red fruit, cedar, caramel on the finish. A pleasure to drink, as good or better on the third night as the first (storage: vacu vin and fridge).
