I wish I had held onto this for a year or two - it's still pretty young. Decanting it for an hour or so helped. Nice strawberry flavors, but a touch more harshness than I expected.

This was not bad at all. Like the above review mentioned, do let it decant for a good long while (I had it going for almost 3 hours). Nice flavors of blackberry, some vanilla, some bell pepper, and definitely some oak. It's still pretty young, but I did enjoy it... especially for $12.

Another delicious Washington state wine at a great price. Nice blend, although it really does seem like the Syrah is there just to keep the "S" in "CMS." Really a Cab/Merlot blend, and a good one. Beautiful nose of dark fruit, some oak, plum and a hint of something vegetal (which was nice). Definite oak in the flavor profile, but good. Fairly soft profile - nice light strawberry and plum, definite tannin, definitely not a "fruit bomb." Almost old world in style. Great wine for the price...

Dark, candied red fruits on the nose. deep berry flavors with a slightly tannic but still entirely enjoyable body.
