It’s got a nice plum flavor to it and a medium body that goes well with the sharp cheddar I’m eating at the moment. It’s got a light, airy and lingering aftertaste the leaves a pleasant flavor on the back of the tongue. The texture is a bit too velvety for my tastes though, and the flavor doesn’t do to much on the side of the tongue.
