Pale salmon in colour, and surprisingly dry. Nice aromas of red fruits with refreshing acidity.

Presentation: Clear glass bottle with a screw-top closure. Pours a clear light pink with orange highlights. 13% ABV.

Nose: Fresh and fruity; grapefruit and strawberry.

Taste: Bone-dry but fruity, with mild acidity and some floral notes. Slightly astringent finish.

Overall: Clean and refreshing, full-bodied. Pairs well with highly spiced Asian foods.

Wait... Pink wine? Barclay? For real? Yup. And you know what... this was damned tasty, too. Real fruity and sweet on the nose, but the sweetness stays off the palate. It's very dry, with just a bit of acidity, and the smallest expression of strawberry. At $10, this is an absolutely great summer patio wine. Different, interesting and fun.
