This wine is a hedonistic fruit bomb ladden with black licorice and dark fruits of blackberry and ripe blueberries. On the mid palate and finish, this strucured wine presents a heavy amount of cinnamon, cedar and chocolate - which is what you'd expect from a Malbec. Excellent full mouth feel and weight on the palate. Smooth and rich. This wine is excelent with Argentine barbeque, as the smokiness of the cedar complements the smokiness of grilled meat. The only thing that disapoints me with this wine is the amount of sugar on my palate, which is why this wine is not a 90 point wine - for me.

Dark and smoky mesquite flavor. Taste of black licorice and blackberries. Strong fruit notes under smoke flavor. Overall a great wine that I come back to again and again. My only qualm with this wine is that the strong tannins are a little too much for me, but someone else may find this pleasing. This is the only reason for this wine not getting a higher score.

subtle oak and dark chocolate on the nose. taste was a little hot and actually a little bland imo. decent finish with the dark chocolate making an appearance in the aftertaste.
