Roger Sabon Chateauneuf de Pape Cuvee Prestige 2003
(about 1 year ago)Color: Purple, medium body. Nose: black fruits and wood. Nose not intense for CdP. Taste: complex mix of flavors held in balance. Fruit is there, but not intense cherry or rasberry. Meat, bacon and earth also there. Nice tannin structure and delicacy made for an exceptional wine but not the complete slice of heaven the Wine Spectator rating predicted.
