Young in bottle, but drinks pretty well right now. Had this with grilled salmon and it paired very nicely. The bright cherry/strawberry of the wine paired well with the dill/lemon/fishiness of the salmon. I decanted this for about 1.5 hours before drinking but it truly needs a year or more in bottle to fully integrate the components. I liked the subtle creaminess of the oak but there was also a cedar/juniper flavor that I really found to be fun. This was the 4th vintage of Sea Smoke I've tried and it was pretty representative of their Pinots. Well done.
