Oh wow, this is good Gris. Granny smith apples, pears, a tiny bit of vanilla... tasted blind I would have sworn it was an Alsatian. Have had lots of good Sauv Blanc from NZ but had no idea they could do Gris like this too. Wonderful with roasted chicken and an onion tart.
