Nose was a little tight, showing some hints of citrus and grass. Nice citric acidity with some sour lemons on the palette. The sourness became stronger as I allowed the wine to warm but when cool the wine is quite refreshing. Don't be turned off by the decorative green bottle, it's worth a try. It paired well with the baked rainbow trout I had for dinner.
