Definitely drank it as an infant. the wine improved a lot by sitting overnight. That being said, this wine is a definite pass. It was wholely one-dimensional, with a hint of fakeness in the flavor profile. It lacked the compelling complexity I look for in a cab sauv, and it not worth its price tag. Blueberry and blackberry fruit, with hints of black and red licorice. Some smoke from a cheap cigarette that you would never want to smoke again.

I generally don't expect much from Aussie cabs, and this one met my expectations. Very flat, one-note, with a short but acidic finish that was slightly unpleasant. A hint of blueberry.
